Military Times was launched in September 2010, and changed name to Military History Monthly in November 2011.
Neil Faulkner, Editor
Neil is an archaeologist and historian. He works as a lecturer, writer, excavator, and occasional broadcaster on a wide range of archaeological and historical subjects.
Educated at King’s College, Cambridge, and the Institute of Archaeology, UCL, he is now a Research Fellow at the University of Bristol, a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries, the Features Editor of Current Archaeology, and a Lecturer for NADFAS.
He co-directs the Great War Archaeology Group, the Great Arab Revolt Project (in Jordan), and the Digging Dad’s Army Project (in London).
Hazel Blair, Assistant Editor
Hazel studied Medieval History at the University of St Andrews, on the historic east coast of Scotland. Jumping at the chance to brush up on her Latin and enter the exciting world of medieval palaeography, she moved to London to take up her place on UCL’s Medieval and Renaissance Studies MA. She was a writer for and editorial board member of the undergraduate arts and social sciences journal Groundings Ancients. She joined MHM as Assistant Editor.
